Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Southern New Hampshire University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Stephanie utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring each treatment approach to the uniqueness and strengths of the client. Additionally, she incorporates various evidence-based components of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
Stephanie enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and couples to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family changes, interpersonal issues, life transitions, and issues around self-esteem and self-worth.
